India among top 10 nations in gold reserves
India has pipped the Netherlands to move into the list of top ten countries in terms of total gold reserves. According to the World Gold Council Headquarters (London, United Kingdom), India has gold reserves totalling 618.2 tonnes, which is marginally higher than the Netherlands’ reserves of 612.5 tonnes.
International Monetary Fund (IMF) occupies the third position after the U.S. and Germany. Indian ranked 9th in individual country ranking, excluding IMF, and ranked 10th including IMF.

It is unique as each is designed with different lever pattern. There are over 50 varieties of locks including mango lock, trick lock, door lock, and bell lock among others. The famous bright-coloured Kandangi saree, manufactured in Karaikudi taluk in Sivaganga district are spun by skilled weavers in the dimension 60 warp X 60 weft.
Chief Minister of Meghalaya, Conrad K Sangma launched the ‘Walk to Work’ campaign in the state. The campaign of Fit India Movement which has been launched in the country by the Prime Minister.
